Emanti showcased at IWA Development Congress
The 3rd IWA Development Congress and Exhibition was held in Nairobi 14-17 October 2013. The conference was very well attended with Unathi Jack and Philip de Souza from Emanti attending and showcasing a number of projects and initiatives.
As a member of IWA’s Water Safety Planning Specialist Group, Emanti:
- Participated in the 1st annual meeting of the Africa Water Safety Planning Network, where progress in the first year of the network was discussed, and activities for year 2014 were agreed on.
- Organized and hosted a very successful workshop on the vital link between water safety planning and operations and maintenance. The workshop aimed to illustrate that inclusion of O&M staff and activities within water safety planning is essential for long term success.
